In addition to running the business end of the firm and working on the front lines in community consultation, Rick Marzolf has over 25 years experience in the non-profit, community sector, having served as an Area Director for an international youth organization for over 15 years.

Rick’s career took him oversees to Zimbabwe, Africa, where he regularly engaged in public speaking, teaching, research and writing. He has also organized large events, and ran seminars and conferences for a wide variety of groups of all ages.

Rick’s undergraduate and graduate degrees in education (B.S.Ed., University of Virginia) and theology (M.C.S., Regent College, U.B.C.) provide a strong foundation for his work with people, including trouble-shooting, motivational speaking, event management and presentations. He serves as the Pacific Divisional Chair for Young Life of Canada, an international youth organization, and is a member of the Vancouver Power Squadron.
